Do you run? I'll admit I enjoy a Saturday parkrun when it isn't netball season. Slow and steady is my pace.

The parkun concept has taken off all over the world. It's a great, free activity connecting people of all walks - and runs - of life, in local communities. Have you tried your local parkrun?
