Mallorca for the Foodie

Those who know me, know I love food. (And coffee. Ok, yes, definitely coffee, too.) Being a lover of all things gourmet, spicy and interesting, it was absolutely no hardship to research this article about the many delicious, traditional delights the island of Mallorca has to offer. While pig innards or a bit of bread with oil, may not sound like the most exciting dishes on a menu, it doesn't take more than a few herbs or spices to turn something simple into something delectable - and I'm assured these Mallorcan favourites are just that.
